As you know, COVID hit our industry hard. We used the time to dream BIG, especially when we had the opportunity to purchase our leased building in the heart of downtown. Instead of spending very large sums to repair the deteriorating building, the dream of “Devine’s, Downtown” was born, a multi-million dollar, multi-story, family-friendly entertainment complex with the return of The Hot Springs Bathhouse Dinner Theatre, (new and state of the art, yet cozy and intimate) featuring multiple daily LIVE stage shows, a new release movie theater, a beautiful boutique hotel, a Hot Springs themed restaurant, a rooftop bar and grill, a large convenience store, a bike rental and MORE!
We’ve been told this is THE most EXCITING improvement to downtown in decades!! Devine's, Downtown is over 65,000 sq feet, located at the intersection of Central Avenue, Spring Street, and Malvern Avenue. Devine's, Downtown begins with the very important, recently obtained location in historic downtown and may eventually incorporate additional buildings as well.

The objective is the return of the very successful Hot Springs Bathhouse Dinner Theatre and to add many new entertainment avenues, significantly increasing the amount of entertainment offered in Hot Springs and substantially drawing more visitors, more often 2019 we spent many days of every month on the streets of downtown Hot Springs outside the theatre talking with visitors. Number one asked the question, “What's there to do in HotSprings?” Number two, “Where is there a place to eat that doesn't cost you a fortune”? Number three, “Where is there a place to stay?” Number four, “Where is there a convenience store?”
Devine's, Downtown answers all those questions, supplies the need of the visitors, and will drastically draw many more visitors to downtown Hot Springs Devine's, Downtown is located in the most accessible, most visible part of downtown historic Hot Springs and is a part of the Hot Springs Entertainment District.
Devine's, Downtown will be open 7 days a week with many of the services available early AM to late PM
From the top of Devine's, Downtown you will be able to see all of downtown Hot Springs, much of Hot Springs city, Hot Springs Mountain, West Mountain, and the lakes to the south. Sunrises and sunsets will be spectacular
