The Hot Springs Village Area Chamber of Commerce was organized in 1995 and has grown to over 300 members. Basically, the Chamber of Commerce is people working together in a voluntary partnership to build a healthy economy and improve the quality of life in the Hot Springs Village area. The government and policy-making responsibilities of the Chamber is vested in a Board of Directors composed of eleven (11) members, three (3) of whom are elected each year to serve a three (3) year term. Board directors are active members of the Chamber from various community businesses and volunteer their time and talents to lead the organization on its mission.
Located at 4585 Highway 7 North, Suite 9 in the Village Square Shopping Center, at the west gate entrance, the Hot Springs Village Area Chamber of Commerce serves as a Visitor Center offering a variety of area and state brochures.
Chamber Mission Statement: The Hot Springs Village Area Chamber of Commerce is a volunteer advocacy group of local businesses, civic/service organizations and associate members joining together to promote the best interest of our local businesses and community.

- New Business Contacts - General Membership meetings, 'Partner Up', are held the Thursday after the 4th Monday of the month year-round offering business men and women an opportunity to network with other Chamber members. Also, make new contacts through participation in the two major Chamber annual fund raising events as well as on standing committees.
- Referrals - The Chamber Office/Visitor Center receives many business inquiries each year and takes every opportunity to promote Chamber member businesses.
- Ribbon Cuttings - Promote your business and educate the community on the services/products you provide with publicity in the HSV Voice Newspaper. The Chamber Ambassadors will be in on the celebration.
- Special Events Notification — Your special event flyers and announcements may be sent to the Chamber office for our email newsletter to the HSV Chamber membership and general public. Events and announcements can also be posted on the Chamber's on-line Calendar of Events (www.hotspringsvillagechamber.com).
- Membership Directory– Each member is provided a membership directory.
- Brochure Display - Promotion of member businesses is provided at the Chamber Office/Visitor Center with your flyers and/or brochures. Business cards may be displayed (member provides card holder).
- Membership Decal - Display your membership status as a supporter of the HSV Area Chamber of Commerce.
- Publications - A membership tri-fold flyer, updated monthly, listing all members by category with phone numbers is available to all those who come to the Visitor Center and to the monthly HSV POA Newcomers (new residents) program presentations. This is a hands-on item for potential clients/customers. They are also mailed to potential vacationers and residents.
- Chamber Office Conference Room - Members may schedule meetings in the Chamber Conference room at no expense. The conference room is also available to members for seminars and other promotional meetings for nominal charge. Schedule date and time through the Chamber Executive Director at 915-9940.
- Online Business Directory - HSV Area Chamber of Commerce website (www.hotspringsvillagechamber.com) lists your business including contact, address, e-mail, web address, and more. Access is password protected so each member can manage their information.
- Publicity and Exposure - Press releases in area newspapers. Monthly 1/2-page newsletter in the HSV Voice listing activities and all new members..
- Media Advertising - Electronic and newspaper media are available in the HSV area to work with Chamber members to help promote their businesses.
- Chamber Member Business Employment Opportunities posted on our Chamber bulletin board.
- Welcome Baskets Chamber members are invited to provide items promoting their business in the bi- monthly Welcome Baskets delivered to new residents of Hot Springs Village.
- Special Events - Business-to-business networking opportunities abound for members who want to become involved in the Chamber's Business Expo set for April 27, 2012.
And, of course, the Chamber Office/Visitor Center continuously promotes the area and its businesses by serving as a general information resource to the community.
Joining the Chamber
Any person, association, corporation, partnership or estate having an interest in supporting the mission and objectives of the Hot Springs Village Area Chamber of Commerce is welcome to apply for membership. Simply fill out a Membership Application (see the link below) and submit it to the Chamber office along with payment for annual dues and a one-time processing fee. New member applications are reviewed and approved by our Board of Directors on a monthly basis. Memberships are then renewed annually.
